Topanga was nice, but I like simi because there is much less traffic, people are warmer and more generous, it is very multicultural and easy in which to move around. There is a $3.00 movie and a beautiful forest on Bob Hope's old property that he willed to California State Parks.
Putting the last touches on my class Sunday on Tuscan Holiday Feast:wheat,sugar, and gluten=free recipes form 300 years past. Truly authentic and valuable for those who have Celiac disease (1 out of 20). The Italians have the most Celiac disease of anyone in the whole world! Now I know why the Florentine I married and lived with for 20 years had all those emotional cycles. I had to get fresh bread 2xs a day to satisfy his wheat craving!
As a newbie to blogging, I would love some feedback if I am on the right track.
